Wall Street English is one of the biggest schools of English in the World with nearly 450 centers. They needed an efficient and time-saving tool to manage their operations in more than 50 franchises institutes in France.
With a team of users from different Wall Street English, we wrote a complete specification for their first application to organize their businesses.
That application is used to manage: Prospects, clients, quotations, contracts, consultants, and trainers’ schedules, invoicing, payments, and statistics. There are 3 levels of authorization: Assistant, Sales Consultant, and Director. Each has its own set of functions related to its tasks.
As some franchisees have multiple Institutes, we designed for them a master module that can control several institutes. In addition to each institute management, the data is consolidated for the franchise management team, to give them a dashboard showing the business Key Performance Indicators and help them make decisions on marketing and business strategy.
