The company is one of the main players in the world of meal delivery in the South of France. The company needed a complete application to manage all company operations.
After extensive research of the functions to implement in the application, we ended up with a large number of features. Below are some of the features we implemented:
- Database of customers that includes information on the customers to assure a premium quality service.
- Creation of customized menu for each customer, with the possibility to choose dish by dish according to their taste.
- Preparation of the delivery schedule sent to the driver’s iPad. And a collection of the signature from the customers directly on the iPad screen.
- Transfer of all information electronically between the iPad and the office.
- Automatic creation of the invoices and direct connection to the Bank for electronic transfer from customers’ bank accounts (XML secure data exchange).
- Statistics on the business numbers to study areas of improvement.
